The South Baldwin Volunteer Fire Company will strive to maintain the trust and support of our community by providing skilled firefighters and first class state of the art equipment. We will develop a highly effective and competent leadership structure that focuses on emergency services, education of the public and financial responsibility. Welcome to the South Baldwin Volunteer Fire Company Web site. Proudly serving the Borough of Baldwin since 1959 and located in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. The South Baldwin Volunteer Fire Company (SBVFC), Option Independent, Baldwin #1, and Becks Run work together to provide 24-hour fire protection coverage in Baldwin Borough. SBVFC also works with other surrounding municipal fire departments when responding to mutual aid calls.
